Class
Help improve your studentÕs
typing speed and form by registering for
our new after school keyboarding class. Students will be using Mavis
BeaconÕs software to complete a 12-session program.
Days: Tuesday and Wednesday
Dates: April 13th
– May 19th
Time: 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM (Students
will need to be picked up at 3:30 PM)

before the 3:00 PM Sunday Matinee on March 21st and enjoy lunch,

HCC Summer
2010 Startalk Language Program: Learn one of three languages: Arabic, Chinese or Hindi June 28th - July 29th, Monday
– Thursday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM at Howard Community College Campus. Earn 4
academic credits & 1 credit for high school graduation (with prior approval

Spring Middle School Study
Skills Classes start next week. Classes
help students who don't test well, despite doing well in class, who are easily
distracted and frequently bored, who have never learned how to study, and who
think outside the box. They may be gifted learners, or they may be struggling.
Middle school classes meet for four Monday evenings from 6:30 PM - 8:30
PM. at Burleigh Manor MS. Choose from sessions that start on March 22nd
or April 26th. The sliding scale fee ranges from $135 to $160,
depending on the take home materials selected. Registration includes a copy of
the new What's My Style? Test and Study Secrets for Procrastinating Teens,
An Owner's Manual for Your Brain, by Betty Caldwell. To register, go
