Parent Teacher Conferences will be held at Mount View Middle School on Wednesday, February 6th, Thursday, February 7th, and Friday, February 8th.

Mount View Middle School will once again be using on-line internet program, PickATime, to schedule parent/teacher conferences. Parents will be able to go on-line to take care of scheduling all their parent/teacher conferences and even print out their schedule and have an email reminder of their appointments sent to them. This program is easy to use and can be accessed at your convenience beginning Monday, January 28th at 1:00 PM. You will be able to access this program to schedule or cancel your appointments until Tuesday, February 5th at 12:01 PM. After February 5th, if you need to cancel your appointments please call 410-313-5545 between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

For parents using PickATime for established accounts, log into PickATime using the same email address and password you used for the Fall conferences. (PickATime remembers your student?s information and is attached to your account). For new users, you will need your child?s Student ID number. The Student ID number can be found on your child?s interim/progress report. If you need a copy of your child?s schedule with Student ID, call Mount View?s front office, 410-313-5545 and a copy can be sent home with your child. Student ID numbers CANNOT be given out over the telephone. Parents may come into school with proper identification and obtain a copy of their student?s ID number.

Conferences are booked in 15-minute blocks with 10 minutes to conference and 5 minutes to travel between classes. To allow more slots available to parents, the system limits you to three (3) teacher conferences. However, on Friday, February 1st at 3:00 PM we will assess the number of conference slots remaining. At that time, more conference slots may become available. Please watch for e-school updates about conferences. Please remember to bring a printed copy of your conference schedules, we will not have them available during conferences times. Due to the number of scheduled conferences, walk-in conferences will not be available.
